Refund policy

*1. Return & Exchange Policy*

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer exchanges under the following conditions.

- The item is unused and unwashed
- The item has original tags attached
- The item is in original condition

*Non-Exchangeable Items*
We do not accept exchanges for:

- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags
- Discounted or sale items
- Exchange Process

*To request an exchange, contact us with:*
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Photos (if applicable)
Once approved, the item must be returned within 3 days.

*2. Refund Policy*

We currently do not offer refunds.

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- Item received is damaged
- Wrong item delivered
If eligible, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or store credit.

*3. Order Cancellation Policy*

Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
